Something we found parked right outside our office building a couple of days ago:
It seems like everybody’s kind of raving about this
business model dining experience of mashing up the seemingly swanky (Gourmet cooking) with the commonplace (truck).
It’s gotten us quite excited too.
This is after months and months of dragging feet to the minimally- stocked canteen downstairs. Now we have Wednesdays and Thursdays with this food truck.
They’re relatively new in the food- trucking business, so they’re still testing the market palate with dishes such as Curry Pasta and whatnot. Very limited choices on the drink menu as well… for now.
I sure hope everything else in the future is as good as their fries.
